Products are made to order. Estimated delivery options and charges are shown during checkout. Tracking is provided when available.

Returns & refunds

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, contact us promptly with your order reference and photographs so we can resolve it. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

For other returns or cancellations, contact us using the details supplied with your order. Any applicable cancellation rights under UK consumer law remain available.

We use the information you provide to take payment, fulfil and deliver your order, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Payment data is processed securely by Square; fulfilment and delivery information is shared with Printful and its delivery partners as necessary to fulfil your order.

Terms
